U.S. Department of Ed to Create Online Learning Registry to Support Rural Schools

This week, U.S. Education Secretary Arne Duncan announced that ED.gov will create an Online Learning Registry providing access to historical, artistic, and scientific primary-source materials. The registry will be designed to help bridge the gab between rural schools and more developed districts.
