U.S. Ed Sec Duncan Speaks on "Quiet Revolution" of Education Reform, Announces RTT Finalists

On Tuesday, July 27, U.S. Education Secretary Arne Duncan will speak at the National Press Club on the "Quiet Revolution" of education reforms at the state and local level. During his speech, Duncan will announce the finalists in the Race to the Top (RTT) incentive program.
