Past school educator and principal, now life and leadership educator, coach and author. I am intensely interested in creating conditions within schools and other organisations for their citizens to thrive. Coaching, neuroscience, leadership development and the art & science of engagement are the vehicles I use.

I have authored "The Success Zone" with the two other directors of Group 8 Education (John Corrigan and Doug Long) based on our extensive research and practice in shifting schools, leaders, teachers and students towards Education 3.0.

I am a trained executive and leadership coach, expert facilitator and student of leadership, neuroscience and influence.
