Graduated from Guangxi Teachers University with BA in English language literature in 1985,I had a three-year experience of English teaching in a teachers college. My MA and PhD were earned from Beijing Normal University,between which I worked as a research fellow in Guangxi Education Research Institute for 12 years.Most special in my proffessional life is that I had 4 years working as a researcher in Beijing National day School, finishing my post doctoral reseach work in July 2009.I am now working as a researcher in Chaoyang Education Committee. Grobal education, IT for education,school improvement and other fields that Chaoyang education reform and development need to explore,these are my research interest.
